General Management: 

 - Senior executive in the management of all gaming activities for casinos in domestic and international arenas. 


- Directed product and project planning and execution throughout various gaming product lifecycles, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals were met.


- Planned, implemented and established costing/pricing (from RFP Stage), for international and domestic gaming opportunities.


- Served as the General Manager and Legal Representative of a company owned gaming subsidiary in Latin America, responsible for Marketing, Manufacturing, Field Service, Call Center, and IT/MIS/Technical Operations. 


- As the General Manager I had accountability for a $9MM yearly operating budget and forecasted revenues of over $340MM on a negotiated 10-year contract.


- Monitored and made recommendations for game selections in casinos based on Win Per Unit (WPU).


- Directed and supervised over 50 employees in Mexico that included slot technicians.


- Implemented large scale enterprise Casino Management Systems.


- Directed the development of Class II gaming deliveries to tribal customers.


- Ensured all projects came in on time, on budget, within customer specifications, and always exceeding customer satisfaction.


- Key implementer of PMI processes throughout a company wide initiative.

Technical/Industry Background:

- Created technical services department from scratch to service gaming machines.


- Served as “Producer” of slot games, including everything from creative media development to implementation of software requirements in a C++ environment.


- Managed the creation of new games.  Including recent development of 5 Reel 20 Line Multi Denomination Video Slot Machine games. 


- Technical liaison between customers and software developers, technical infrastructure staff and engineering departments to develop in-depth architectural diagrams, including both functional and logical diagrams.


- Managed the math team for paytable creations, for class II and III implementations.  Included the evaluations of Par-Sheets, frequencies, payouts, and holds.


- Managed the math team at VGT in the modifications of paytables to support multi level progressives.


- Directed, managed, and supervised installations and production work for IBM, HP, and SUN computer systems along with PIX Firewall, and Cisco solutions.


- Managed software development efforts for Player Tracking Solutions, SAS, S2S, SDG, MGAM, and PGIC protocols.


- Oversaw the development efforts for Mystery Jackpots and multi-level progressives.

Financial Management: 

- Responsible for forecasting all sales revenues, and explaining any variances that were identified during this process.


- Calculated ROI, NPV, EBITDA, IRR, Depreciation\Amortization and consolidated cash flows for product and project roll-outs.


- Managed $5MM to $60MM projects. 100% accountable for projects. 


- Performed analysis of weekly Slot Accounting data such as wager/day, won/day, hold/day, actual WPU/day, games played/day, actual hold verses theoretical.


- Established departmental budgets and provided strategic guidance and vision to various departments.
 

Business Development and Negotiations:  

 
- Responsible for Key Account Management, C-Level interfacing, and identifying areas for increasing sales opportunities in the gaming industry.


- Negotiated participation, and lease options with gaming permit holders in Mexico.


- Negotiated contracts from international and domestic companies as service providers that included business areas such as insurance, temporary staffing, construction, legal counsel, accountants, field service, telecommunications, and import/export brokers.
